Inside a $1 billion office building that is expected to serve as a major hub for the city’s future urban development.
Aerial shots of the building, located in the heart of downtown, show a vast complex that stretches from the roof of a high-rise building across the street, through a maze of glass and steel columns and up to the top of a skyscraper, with an office and retail space that sits above the retail complex.
The complex includes a new, taller tower that has been in the works for over a decade, and a new luxury hotel at the base of the tower.
The hotel is expected at least to open this year.
The tower is expected as the city continues to work on a comprehensive plan for its downtown.
The city has released a detailed design that includes more than a dozen public-private projects and is expected by the end of 2018 to be completed by 2026.
But it has not been finished.
As part of the plan, the city is seeking public-public partnership to develop a new public plaza on the site of the old City Hall building.
The plaza will include a restaurant, retail space, a parking garage and pedestrian-oriented bike lanes.
It will be located at the intersection of Ninth and N. Ninth streets.
In an interview with The Washington Post, Mayor Muriel Bowser said she wanted to create a space for people to gather, shop, shop and go about their business.
She said she was hopeful that the public plaza would spark a conversation about the need for more public space in the city, which has seen a decline in public spaces in recent years.
The city is also seeking to create the largest park in the nation.
It is looking for private companies to create parks around the site and to contribute to the cost, said city spokeswoman Michelle Baca.
The parks could be created in neighborhoods that already have parks.
“It’s not just about a park for the public, it’s about the people,” Bowser said.
She said the city will also develop a park-and-ride service that will operate on the plaza as part of a program that will include bike, pedestrian and transit programs.
The development of the plaza has sparked debate among some residents who fear it will negatively impact their neighborhood.
A coalition of more than 60 businesses has filed a lawsuit against the city in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
Bubba said the plaza would not only provide a place for people and families to gather but also for residents and visitors.
I don’t think we’re going to get that type of opportunity again,” said Joe Smith, a resident who lives across the intersection.
This is a new opportunity, and I’m hoping it’s going to work out for the best.

Bowser said she hopes to be “a catalyst for people from all over the city to come and see what’s going on.”
She said the new plaza will provide “a place where people of all ages and backgrounds come to get a break from the hustle and bustle of downtown.”
“We have to work together to make this happen,” she said.
